Please take note of the policy of the University on withdrawal.

 


 

A student who withdraws from the school shall be charged as follows:

 

Within registration – P250

 

Within the 1st week from the start of class – 10% of the total amount due

 

Within the 2nd week from the start of class – 25% of the total amount due

 

Within the 4th week from the start of class – 50% of the total amount due

 

Within the 5th week from the start of class – 75% of the total amount due

 

After the 6th week from the start of class – 100% of the total amount due

 

 

 


Kindly follow the instructions below to fill in the withdrawal form through the AdDU Basic Ed web portal.

STEP 1: Choose the current school year.

STEP 2: Enter user code and password

STEP 3: Click Withdrawal Form

STEP 4: Fill out all the needed information

STEP 5: Write your specific reason for the withdrawal.

STEP 6: Click Submit

A pupil whose tuition and fees for the school year are paid in full before the start/opening of classes is entitled to a five percent (5%) discount on tuition.
STEPS ON HOW TO FILE SIBLINGS DISCOUNT THROUGH THE BASIC ED PORTAL:
  1. Visit this link: https://basiced.addu.edu.ph:8077/
  2. Select SY 2023-2024
  3. Enter student’s User Code. Please refer to the following:
  4. New students: Notice of Acceptance (NOA) or Official Receipt from Cashier (Account number)
  5. Old students: I.D. barcode (last 6 digits) or Official Receipt from Cashier (Account number)
  6. Proceed to/call the Registrar’s Office to ask for the student’s user code (221-2411 loc. 4128 | 4147)
  7. Enter student’s set password:

Default: Birth date of the child in MMDDYYYY format

  1. Once the correct credentials are entered, you will be prompted with the “Mandatory Change Password” screen pop-up. Click “Save” once finished setting up a new password.
  2. Select “Log-In”.
  3. Select the Sibling Discount tab found in the screen’s left-hand corner.
  4. Choose the school unit of the sibling for “School” (double-click, then drop-down arrow)
  5. Grade School sibling: GRADE SCHOOL
  6. Junior High sibling: JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
  7. Senior High sibling: SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
  8. Input the sibling’s name for “Student Name”, select confirm, then select “Submit” in the upper-left corner of the tab once finished encoding all siblings’ names.

The sibling discount application is extended until September 15, 2023.

Note: Only enrolled siblings for the S.Y. 2023-2024 are eligible for the sibling discount, from Preschool to Senior High School. Deadline for filing is before the 1st quarter exam.
