The Office of the University President releases a memo on the October 28 – November 2 Holidays that states:
In line with Presidential Proclamations, the following are holidays and special non-working days for the upcoming week:
- 30 October 2023 (Monday) – Special Non-Working Day (Proclamation No. 359, s. 2023) Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE)
- 1 November 2023 (Wednesday) – Special Non-Working Day Proclamation No. 90, s. 2023) All Saints’ Day
In observance of these important events and to facilitate the active participation of our University community, the following additional days are declared as University holidays:
- 31 October 2023 (Tuesday)
- 2 November 2023 (Thursday)
During this period, from 30 October 2023 to 2 November 2023, there will be no classes or work at all levels. This provides an opportunity for everyone to engage in the Barangay and SK elections and to reflect on and remember the saints and our dear departed.
We shall resume regular University operations on Friday, 3 November 2023.
