The Ateneo de Davao Grade School continues to invest in the professional development and well-being of its employees through an HRMDO learning session for administrators, faculty, and staff.

The session featured discussions on essential workplace policies, professional responsibilities, and employee support programs. Atty. Niceforo V. Solis, Jr. led the discussion on “Performance Improvement Discussion: Policies, Procedures, and Employee Responsibilities,” providing participants with valuable insights into accountability, professional standards, performance expectations, and the importance of continuous improvement in the workplace.

This was followed by “Benefits: Employee Benefits and Availment Guidelines,” facilitated by Ms. Bambi Dublin, which highlighted important information on employee benefits, privileges, and available support services.

Beyond providing practical information, the learning session reinforced the importance of fostering a workplace where employees are empowered to grow, take responsibility for their roles, and contribute meaningfully to the school’s mission.

Through ongoing formation and professional development, the Grade School community remains committed to building a culture of responsibility, growth, collaboration, and excellence, strengthening not only individual capabilities but also the collective work of the school.
