The PTC is an important opportunity for us to work together as a team. It provides a dedicated avenue for teachers and parents to discuss your child’s academic performance, social development, and overall progress. This is also a time to collaboratively identify strategies and mechanisms that can help your child bring out the best in themselves.

Report Card Viewing

You can view your child’s Report Card through the web portal at https://basiced.addu.edu.ph:8077/. The report card will be available for viewing on the assigned date.

Please note that only the report cards of pupils who have fully settled their Quarter accounts will be open for viewing. Additionally, pupils who have not submitted all required enrollment documents (Photocopy of PSA Authenticated or LCR Birth Certificate, Report Card-SF9 ) will not be able to view their Report Card. We encourage you to view the Grade Book before your conversation with the Homeroom Teacher.

Gate Pass and Parking

A gate pass will be given to you before the PTC. Please present it to the guards upon entry.

Parents or guardians without Car Park Stickers are requested to present the Gate Pass to have access to the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors of the Car Park Building.

PTC Schedule (for 2nd Quarter, SY 2025-2026):

Preschool : 8:00–11:30 AM & 1:00–3:30 PM (Lunch 11:30 AM–1:00 PM) 

Grade School: 1:00–3:30 PM.

Guidelines for the Parent-Teacher Conference

Please be guided by the following:

• The parent-teacher conversation’s goal is to give feedback on the pupil’s overall performance in academics, non-academics, their behavior, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Only the parents or the official guardians can meet with the Homeroom Teacher during the Parent-Teacher Conversation. If you are unable to come due to prior commitments, arrangements with the Homeroom Teacher must be made before the scheduled PTC.
• Concerns not related to the pupil’s academic performance and behavior must be discussed with the Grade Level Heads, Subject Area Heads, or other concerned administrators at another appointed time.
• Taking and /or posting a picture or video during the conference via social media is not allowed.
• Everyone is expected to show respect and observe professionalism.
• Parents or guardians who wish to talk to the child’s subject teacher/s may approach the Grade Level Head to schedule an appointment.
