PLACEMENT TEST SCHEDULE
A placement test will be administered prior to enrollment. This is to determine a pupil’s academic or skill level, especially a new pupil, and place them in the correct class. Pay the placement fee worth Php 350.00 at the Cashier on or before the scheduled placement interview.
PRESCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
A Preschool pupil applicant is admitted to the Ateneo de Davao University if he/she has submitted complete and authentic documents as approved by the validating Personnel.
The Preschool (Playschool, Nursery, and Kindergarten) is an open admission; however, parents/official guardians should submit a Birth Certificate (PSA or LCR Authenticated ) to validate age. Parents are required to fill out the Developmental Checklist and Referral Consent Forms through Google Forms.
AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PRESCHOOL
- Playschool: Child must be 3 years old on or before August 31, 2026
- Nursery: Child must be 4 years old on or before August 31, 2026
- Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026
Note to Kindergarten Applicants: Children born between November 1 and December 31 are required to comply with the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Checklist. This checklist is available at the Wellness and Testing Center (WTC).
GRADE SCHOOL
A grade school pupil applicant is admitted to the Ateneo de Davao University if he/she has completed the grade level in his/ her current school and has submitted a final report card indicating that the child has been promoted to the next grade level. The Parent/official Guardian should fill out the Referral form consent upon applying.
How to schedule your placement interview

- Please select your preferred time schedule below, and then confirm it by calling the WTC personnel.
- To confirm your schedule, please contact (082) 299-2404, loc. 4122 or 4114.
- Please come 10 minutes before the scheduled time to the WELLNESS AND TESTING CENTER (beside the Registrar’s Office near Gate 4).
- Make sure that your child/ward gets a good night’s sleep before your schedule. Let your child/ward eat a healthy breakfast or lunch before the Placement Interview.
- For the Grade School, pupils in Grades 1–6 will undergo a placement test in the first quarter of the next school year, in addition to the placement interview.
