Payment Guidelines for Tuition and Other Fees
Pupils and parents have three easy options for paying their ADDU enrollment and tuition fees. One is through online bills payment, the other is over-the-counter (OTC) in banks and payment centers, and drive-through payment in all ADDU campuses. Paying the tuition and fees doesn’t have to be a hassle. You can do it wherever you are, whenever you need to, with any device.

A. ONLINE PAYMENT

It’s easy as ABC. Pay online on your phone, your tablet, or your computer.
Log on to the bank’s website or just click the bank’s mobile app on your phone.
1. Parents/guardians of the pupils are encouraged to pay tuition and fees thru the Online Bills’ Payment
facility in any of the following accredited payment channels:

For payment to tuition and other fees (enrollment fee), use this:
Reference Name: (Complete Name of the Pupil)
Reference Number: last 6 or 7 digits of the pupil’s SCHOOL ID (depending on the payment facility requirement)

B. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Payment thru Banks and other payment centers

1. For banks with no online banking facility and other payment centers (check below), kindly check their respective advisories in accepting over-the-counter payments before paying.
2.Please use BILLS PAYMENT SLIP for the OTC transactions in paying for enrollment.
3. Pay to company/biller: Ateneo de Davao University
4. Use this for the information:

C. Drive-through payment in all ADDU campuses

1. Parents/guardians of the pupils may pay tuition and fees at the AdDU campuses – Matina, Bangkal, or Roxas.
2. Wear your mask at all times. Remain inside your vehicle during your transaction.
3. Hand over the exact amount for payment to encourage faster transactions.
4. Get the official receipt after payment.

Avail our Tuition Discounts
A pupil whose tuition and fees for the school year are paid in full before the start/opening of classes is entitled to a five percent (5%) discount on tuition.
For Sibling Discounts Application:
- 2 Brothers/Sisters – 8%
- 3 Brothers/Sisters – 9%
- 4 or more Bros/Sis – 10%
How to apply for the sibling discount?
- Log in to this website: https://basiced.addu.edu.ph:8077
- Type username and password
- Click Sibling Discount Tab
- Select School Unit & Type full name of pupil
- Click submit.
- The deadline will be on or before July 30, 2021
- In case you cannot log in to the website due to an incorrect password, please email the basiced.finance@addu.edu.ph for password reset
