The One-Stop Shop for After-Enrollment Services aims to provide convenience to all parents and guardians of enrolled pupils in processing specific school-related requests and concerns. It is located on the ground floor of the Ateneo de Davao University – Car Park Building, Acacia Street, Matina, from May 25 to June 13, 2026.
For your convenience, the Cashier’s Office will also be relocated to the CarPark Building, near the Bookstore.
The One-Stop Shop is open from 8:00 am to noon, from 1:00 to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 am to 11:45 am on Saturday. Parents and guardians of enrolled pupils may process the following:
- Purchase of Books and School Uniforms (Bookstore)
- Updating of Health Information at the Portal (Clinic)
- Registration of Car Park and Drop Off Sticker (Physical Plant Office)
- Registration of Special Permits and Fetcher’s ID (Office of the Student Affairs)

UPDATING HEALTH INFORMATION
The Grade School Clinic sets up a mechanism to update the old pupils’ Health Records or gather the new pupils’ health information to ensure proper intervention is given when necessary.
The forms may be updated in the BasicEd Web portal or using the Google Form below.
OFFICIAL SCHOOL IDS AND SPECIAL PERMITS
To ensure the safety and security of all Preschool and Grade School pupils, the Office of Prefect of Discipline (POD) offers the following services:

Provision of the official Pupils’ School ID
The Office of Prefect of Discipline (POD) prints the School ID once the child is officially enrolled. Releasing will be through the Homeroom Teacher in August.

Provision of the official Fetcher’s School ID
For parents and guardians who have existing fetcher’s ID, please claim the sticker of your ID at the OSA by August 2024.
For NEW or FIRST-TIME applicants, use https://bit.ly/GS_fetchers_NEW.
This form is for those who will authorize a new fetcher for this school year or have yet to apply for a Fetcher’s I.D. this school year.
The application will only be available online. The deadline by September 2024, and the release will start on August 2024.

Provision on the Special Permits (Sticker Patch and Exit Pass) for Pupils
COMPLETELY FILL OUT the Carpool, Car Park, Leave the Campus, and Exit Pass Forms. The OSA will make the application forms available at the One Stop Shop After Enrollment Services on the Ground Floor Car Park Building. Releasing will be done through the Homeroom Teacher of your child in August.
CAR PARK AND DROP OFF STICKER
The Physical Plant Office (PPO) manages parking at the Car Park Building and drop-off at the Preschool Area and Lay-by.
