I. What is the Basic Ed Web Portal?

The Basic Ed Web Portal is a website that allows users (officially enrolled students and their parents/guardians) to VIEW the following:

  • 1. Statement of Account from Finance
  • 2. Report Card and Grade Book
  • 3. Disciplinary Ledger
  • 4. Medical History Form
  • 5. Sibling Discount
  • 6. Student Clearance Status
  • 7. Withdrawal Form

 

II. How to Login?

  1. Visit https://basiced.addu.edu.ph:8077/ 
  2. Choose the School Year
  3. Input the Student/User Code.
  4. Input the Password.
  5. Click Log-in

Note: A Forget Password link is available for old users to access.

First Time Users:

  1. Student/User Code: 5 or 6-digit code seen below the student’s name in the official report card. You may call the Registrar’s Office for assistance on your Student Code at (082) 2992404 local 4307 during office hours.
  2. Password: Student’s Birthdate in the format MMDDYYYY (e.g., January 31, 2005, password is 01312005)

 

III. Where can I check on these details?

The student’s statement of account and grades can now be viewed online at https://basiced.addu.edu.ph:8077/ using the following access:

  • Username: <Last 6 digits of the Student’s ID Number excluding the last digit>
  • Password: <Birthdate of the Student using “MMDDYYYY” format> For example: 12252000 for December 25, 2000

Please be advised that you must change the password during the initial login.

 

IV. I cannot access my SIS / BasicEd account; how can I resolve it?

For sis access concerns, please contact the MIS unit at mis@addu.edu.ph

 

V. How can I apply for a sibling discount for GS/HS/SHS students?

Log in to https://basiced.addu.edu.ph:8077/, then click the Sibling Discount window and fill out the necessary details. If you can’t log in, please email mis@addu.edu.ph, subject: Password Reset, to access the portal.

  1. Type the username and password
  2. Click Sibling Discount Tab
  3. Select School unit and Type Full name of student
  4. Click Submit
  5. The deadline will be announced by the Finance Office
  6. You may pay the Net Amount from the sibling discount.
  7. Please message us for the computation
