With the declaration of the University President on the resumption of the operation tomorrow, December 5, 2023, all grade school pupils (Grades 1-6) will report to school in the morning from 7:40 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Most of the time, the pupils will stay at the Fr. Martinez Sports Complex (MSC) for the Indayog 2023 Dress Rehearsals.
Pupils must bring the following:
• water bottles
• extra shirts
• hand sanitizer or alcohol
• assignment notebooks
For Grades 1, 3, and 5, let your child wear their P.E. shirt or white shirt paired with jogging pants and slippers as their footwear.
For Grades 2, 4, and 6, let your child wear the dance costume and slippers upon coming to school.
The Preschool pupils will continue to have asynchronous sessions. The Homeroom teachers posted the learning activities in the Gonzaga20 courseware. Please assist your child in doing the online exercises and other activities.
Rest assured that the building structures in the Grade School have been cleared for re-occupancy by the Physical Plant Office (PPO), a team of engineers, and the Office of the City Building officials. The Grade School Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Team (GS-DRRMT) will be present throughout the activity to actively oversee the safety of pupils, teachers, administrators, and staff.
