PRESCHOOL ADMISSION PROCEDURE 

 

FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025

 

Grade School admissions application form is now available.

 

This is only for New/Transferee Filipino Students and New Foreign Students and Filipino Students with Non-Philippine Passport applying for Playschool/Nursery/Kindergarten.

 

Preschool Age Requirements: 

Please note that the Preschool (Playschool, Nursery, and Kindergarten) is open admission. Still, the parent/official guardian must submit PSA Birth Certificate for validation of age.

• Playschool is 3 years old by August 31, 2024

• Nursery is 4 years old by August 31, 2024

• Kindergarten is 5 years old by October 31, 2024

Steps to Follow

Step 1     

Parents/official guardians of interested applicants may apply online or onsite for Preschool admission.

A. For online application, kindly access this Google Form with a Google Account:

They must also sign in to their GOOGLE ACCOUNT/EMAIL to access the online form.

B. For onsite application, kindly present your credentials to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation.

Step 2       

Once credentials are evaluated, parents/official guardians receive an email on the schedule of placement interviews through the Wellness and Testing Center (WTC) personnel. 

Step 3       

The parents/official guardians receive a Notice of Acceptance (N.O.A.) through the Wellness and Testing Center (WTC) personnel. 

The parent/official guardian may proceed with enrolling his/her child.

The Registrar’s staff will provide an enrollment link to the parents/official guardians once all enrollment requirements are submitted to the Registrar’s Office.
