Ateneo de Davao Basic Education Unit Announces Zero Tuition Increase and Flexible Downpayment for SY 2026–2027

Davao City — In a move that strengthens its commitment to accessible and quality education, the Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) Basic Education Unit has announced two major initiatives for School Year 2026–2027: zero tuition and fees increase across all units and the introduction of a Flexible Downpayment Scheme for enrollment.

The decision to maintain current tuition and fee rates reflects the University’s continued support for families amid evolving financial challenges. By implementing a zero increase policy, AdDU ensures that more students can continue to receive a Jesuit education without additional financial burden.

Complementing this initiative is the launch of a Flexible Downpayment Scheme, designed to make enrollment more manageable for families. Through this option, parents can secure their child’s slot with a reduced initial payment, with the remaining balance payable through agreed installment terms. This approach aims to ease the upfront cost of enrollment while maintaining a smooth and accessible process.

Current pupils who wish to avail of the flexible downpayment option are advised to coordinate with their respective Principal’s Office for proper guidance and processing. Meanwhile, new pupils may arrange their enrollment through the Admissions and Aid Office (PAAO).

These initiatives underscore the University’s mission of forming individuals who are not only academically competent but also grounded in values, while ensuring that education remains within reach for more families.

Enrollment for School Year 2026–2027 is ongoing. Parents and guardians are encouraged to inquire through the respective school offices for further details.

With these developments, Ateneo de Davao University continues to uphold its promise of delivering accessible, quality Jesuit education for students and families.
