The Office of Student Activities (OSA) oversees the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of co-curricular and extracurricular programs that support the holistic formation of Grade School pupils. It provides meaningful opportunities for learners to develop their leadership, creativity, talents, social responsibility, spirituality, and overall well-being beyond the classroom. Guided by the school’s vision and mission, the OSA complements the academic program by fostering active participation in activities that nurture the intellectual, physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual growth of every pupil.

 

Services and Functions of Office of Student Activities (OSA)


The Office of Student Activities (OSA) shall:

  1. Plan and organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities for Grade School pupils.
  2. Manage the Clubs Program by:
    • Preparing annual club offerings.
    • Assigning pupils to clubs.
    • Scheduling club meetings and activities.
    • Monitoring attendance, participation, and club grades.
  3. Supervise student organizations by:
    • Coordinating membership and recruitment.
    • Assisting organization advisers.
    • Monitoring organization activities and meetings.
  4. Coordinate the Scouting Program by:
    • Organizing scouting meetings and activities.
    • Monitoring scout participation and performance.
    • Coordinating scouting events and advancement activities.
  5. Administer Special Programs by:
    • Offering after-school courses in Culture and Arts, Sports, and Wellness.
    • Managing enrollment, schedules, and instructors.
    • Monitoring program implementation.
  6. Organize school-wide student activities, including leadership programs, competitions, celebrations, outreach activities, and other approved events.
  7. Promote pupil leadership, values formation, and active participation through meaningful student programs.
  8. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and partner organizations in implementing student activities.
  9. Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils by implementing school policies and safety guidelines during all activities.
  10. Maintain records and reports on student participation, attendance, achievements, and program evaluations.
  11. Evaluate student programs and recommend improvements to enhance pupil engagement and holistic development.
