July 29, 2024 – Today, the Grade School had a meaningful Eucharistic Celebration to honor the Solemnity of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Held at the Fr. Martinez Sports Complex from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, where the Grade School community came together in a simple celebration, as parents, pupils, faculty, and community members joined in faith and remembrance.
St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), was born in 1491 in Spain. Known for his significant contributions to education, spiritual growth, and service, his teachings and spiritual exercises have inspired many. This celebration was a tribute to his legacy and the values he shared with us, which continue to inspire the school’s mission.
The simple commemoration led by the Grade School Chaplain, Fr. Patrick Dominador Falguera, SJ, helped the community come together, especially reminding the pupils about the life of St. Ignatius of Loyola.
The Formation Team especially teh Campus Ministry Office expressed heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the event. Their collective efforts made it a truly special and inspiring day for all, honoring the legacy of St. Ignatius and renewing the community’s commitment to his values.
